LOW RISK ISN’T NO RISK!
Even if you are not over 60 or have health conditions that can make it worse, you are still very likely to get COVID-19.
- Clean your hands regularly
 - Cover nose and mouth with elbows (not palms) when sneezing and coughing.
 - Avoid touching the face or mask that is being used.
 - Limit large-scale meetings and time spent in public places.
 - Avoid close contact with everyone who is sick.
 - Clean and disinfect items and surfaces that are frequently touched.

RISK INCREASES WHEN:
- You do not replace clothes and not shower after traveling.
 - You do not wear a mask.
 - You gather in public places.
 - You do not wash hands after activity.

START HEALTHIER ROUTINES:
- Exercise at home at least 150 minutes a week
 - Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables in one day.
