LOW RISK ISN’T NO RISK

LOW RISK ISN’T NO RISK!

Even if you are not over 60 or have health conditions that can make it worse, you are still very likely to get COVID-19.

  1. Clean your hands regularly
  2. Cover nose and mouth with elbows (not palms) when sneezing and coughing.
  3. Avoid touching the face or mask that is being used.
  4. Limit large-scale meetings and time spent in public places.
  5. Avoid close contact with everyone who is sick.
  6. Clean and disinfect items and surfaces that are frequently touched.

RISK INCREASES WHEN:

  1. You do not replace clothes and not shower after traveling.
  2. You do not wear a mask.
  3. You gather in public places.
  4. You do not wash hands after activity.

START HEALTHIER ROUTINES:

  1. Exercise at home at least 150 minutes a week
  2. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables in one day.
