TIPS ON RUNNING WORK FROM HOME EFFECTIVELY

1. Wake up at a normal hour and do your morning routine as usual when you go to the office.

2. If you feel lonely at home, plan a “virtual coffee break” with friends during lunch.

3. Prepare a table, chairs and a comfortable area to work.

4. Separate work areas and the ones to relax to give a better focus at work.

5. Use appropriate clothes, avoid using pajamas while working.

6. Allow enough time to rest responsibly.

7. Start doing light exercise (stretching) when resting.

8. Keep communicating with others and keep thinking positive.

 

STAY AT HOME AND DON’T RETURN TO YOUR HOMETOWN

1. You can be infected while in your hometown.

2. You can be infected while traveling and infect other people in your hometown.

3. Without realizing it, you could be a carrier without symptoms (asymptomatic carrier) and transmit the virus while traveling and at home.

 

REMEMBER !

– Older people are at risk of being infected.

– Health care facilities at your hometown may not be necessarily complete and adequate.

– You will harm yourself, others, family and the company.
